Objectives:

Target Audience, physicians, residents, physician assistants, nurses, all healthcare professionals

-Recognize that in order to be empathetic we need to understand the patient from the perspective of their whole life.
-Identify at least one new skill to implement into their practice in communicating with their patients.
-Realize the importance of service recovery and also to respond to any outstanding call bell.
-To value the NYP citizenship behavior being responsive and always ask “What else can I do for you?” 
-Implement in our practice the technique of “Teach Back.”
